Villa Eva is a historic neo-Gothic building located directly in the historic center of Menaggio, very close to all services.
Built in 1880 initially as a hotel, it was then converted into a school and then into apartments. In 2019 it was purchased by a local company that has been operating in the lake area for more than 40 years and which carried out a careful conservative restoration maintaining its main historical characteristics such as the decorated vaulted windows or the exposed local stone facades.
